Shakeology Cleanse Yes, I lost weight doing the Shakeology cleanse. First I want to say that I am not trying to lose any weight.  I am just trying to mix it up a little bit by giving my body maximum nutrition in the least amount of calories.  The Shakeology meal replacement shakes are very versatile and work great for this purpose.

I followed the Shakeology cleanse plan to a “T” and I didn’t feel the need to add in an extra fruit or snacks.  I was a little hungry by the end of the first day but that went away during the second day. At the end of the third day I lost about 6 pounds and felt more energetic.  Kind of strange having so much energy on such few calories.  It was during my recovery week so I wasn’t working out as hard so this is something to consider.  It is recommended that if you do the Shakeology cleanse that you do it before you start your work out program or during your recovery week.  It is not a good idea to cut your calories so low if you are doing an extreme work out program like P90X or Insanity.

I would definitely recommend the Shakeology cleanse to anyone who is looking to kick start their work out routine and I would also recommend drinking Shakeology every day.  You can’t find nutrition like this any place else.
